Look at the power supply of your phone.
It will have a rating like with Volts and Amps, like: 5 V, 0.7 A
Multiply the two, that's your power: 3.5 W

So, in this example, your solar panel needs to provide 5V and at least 0.7 A -(More Amps is OK)
