Try an electronics store such as your version of Radio Shack. You might also take a look at heating and plumbing companies. After that, I'd look on the net. As for your particular use for the solar panel, you might find something on the net. I've placed a couple links here, but their definition of small is probably about four times the size you say that you'd like to get.

If it is cheap stuff that you are looking for, then you need to be a bit innovative, else you are never going to make up the money. Again, with the right tactics, you would make up in 3-5 months. Depends on your way of installation.

their are many sites you can order from or get an evaluation from, they may not offer minimum price but remember you get alot back on your taxes so in the long run if you pay 10,000 in a couple years after taxes you would have only paid 2,000
