Noooooo..... It's actually more like setting a car on fire with gas while it's parked inside the garage of a condo!!! Althought the fire may be in one part, it will quickly spread to the other units. And before you know it, the whole structure has gone up in smoke...! The bail out of B&S is only a stop gap measure. In time, we are going to see the flames rise from other parts of the financial structure which some thought were sound and safe from the flames caused by the B&S mess!!!

disregard Johann, he doesn't know that transformers work only on AC.

Probably voltage output is too low to charge a 9 volt battery.

You can buy another charger, or add a DC-DC converter to boost the 3 volts to 9 volts. Probably cheaper to get another charger.
