It depends upon the application. Is this for a residence or for a larger project?

If it's for a residence, then look at Northern Tool. They have great deals for home-owners, but this is not a bulk supplier. They would have enough for a decent array of PV panels.

However, it should be noted that PV's are terribly inefficient. If at all possible, please look into Solar Thermal for any water heating needed in the project, or for Geothermal venting for any HVAC loads. Also, if your climate produces a good amount of wind, even a small residential wind turbine can produce orders of magnitude more electrical power than a PV.
