Processing your own silicon requires clean room conditions that would make the cleanest household look like a hopelessly dusty mess, serious vacuum pumps and other equipment, oven temperatures in the thousands of degrees, and more. College courses exist where you learn how to do this stuff. Meanwhile, you are much better advised to get your photovoltaic cells already made.
