I Don't Know What Photo-Voltaic Tiles Are, But Photo-Voltaic Means It Converts Sunlight, To Electricity, So Maybe If They Are In Tile Form, You Put A Few On Your Roof, It Converts It, And Stores It In A Battery Until You Use It, Saving On Electricity Bills. Hope I Helped =]
