Here's a list of financial incentives for renewables in Oklahoma: http://www.dsireusa.org/library/includes… It doesn't look like there are any state incentives for your plans. However, there are still the federal tax credits. Definitely, go with at least the hot water--payback will come in a year or two, even without tax incentives.
